Photographs: Please send a clear and detailed photograph. You may like to send a selection and indicate the main ones to work from. All photographs will be returned. Photo sessions can be arranged.

Taking photographs: The quality of the photograph is very important – the better the photograph the better the end result of the portrait. The animal’s head and shoulders should fill the frame rather than the animal being too small in the photograph. Also for canines, the dog pictures should preferably be without tongues or teeth!

Timescale: Waiting times can vary depending on work load. An approximate completition date will be given at time of ordering. Please allow a minimum of two weeks for any deadline. If the portrait is required urgently, a fee may be charged for a shorter deadline – please email or telephone to arrange. Christmas orders need to be placed as early as possible.

Ordering by post: The following details are required with your order:
Name, address and telephone number, Size of Portrait(s) required.
Portrait(s) to be unframed or framed, If you would like a caption, title or name of your pet(s), please send details, there will be no extra charge for this.
Is it a gift? Not to mention if I phone you, Number of pets if required in a group.

Completion: I will notify you as soon as the portrait is completed. We can then arrange for a convenient despatch date.

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required for each portrait.
Small £25.00, Standard £35.00, Large £60.00. The remaining balance will become due on completion of portrait.

Payments: Cash and Cheques are accepted, cheques should be made payable to ‘Triona Joyce’ and crossed. On receipt of payment, artwork is posted.

Personal Cheques – UK Clients only. It is not possible for me to accept and process personal cheques from overseas clients.

Cashiers Cheque – Overseas Clients only. I can accept only Cashier’s checks from overseas clients.
